A satirical illustration of people on board a yacht for a cruise with inclement weather.

The artist is Hablot Knight Browne (1815 - 1882) who illustrated ten of Charles Dickens books as well as Pickwick Papers. He and Dickens became good friends. He illustrated for other authors as well as for Punch and The Illustrated London News.
