The Captain Owen Stanley chart that was on issue for over one hundred years after being first issued in 1852 after Stanley's survey in H.M.S. RATTLESNAKE. The chart had later editions in 1873 and 1888 and this example is the last issue of the 1888 edition, issued in 1954 before being permanently withdrawn and cancelled.
Good unissued condition.
